Co-Founder and Director
Is an Egyptian swimming coach. I was born in Port Said on the Mediterranean coast. Since my childhood I have been swimming, as my father teaching me that, he was a swimmer. So I grew up and didn't know anything about water phobia.
I learned the basics of swimming in the marine club by Captain Mahmoud Shabana, but I never thought to work in this sport, where I worked as a trainer «Aerobics» in more than one club, and I had two clubs «Bussy Fitness» in Heliopolis, and «Rasha Fitness» in Port Said.
One of the most important clubs I have worked for is Egyptian Ahly Club as a coach of «Aerobics». And as fate , I left Egypt and went with my husband to the State of Kuwait, and found that swimming is one of the most important sports for many people, and when I got an offer to work as a swimming coach I refused strongly, because I am not good at the rescue, so I decided to study it.
I started looking for a rescue education center. Whenever I asked, they said: I have to return to Egypt. I was fed up, but I did not despair. I did not leave a swimming club until I knocked on his door, including the Kuwaiti diving center.
One day I found that the diving center was announcing for the first time in 2003 for an international rescue course. But, one of the most important conditions for joining this course was to sign a risk ratio. However, I did not hesitate to sign this declaration, and I and fifteen individuals applied, but all withdrew except me and another Jordanian. Thanks to God I passed the course successfully. Hence was the beginning of my career in swimming training, through the International Rescue Certificate in International OPEN WATER LIFE GUARD
At the same time, an announcement was made by the Women’s Committee for Social Reform on the job of swimming coaches and swimming pool management, and I applied for the position.
During my training I was shocked by many women suffering of water phobia, who are impossible to remove fear from their hearts because they have spent so long in this fear.
And I was like any coach, I trained who just want to learn, But at the same time I realized that I had to learn everything about swimming and diving, and study this in theory and in practice.
I went to Kuwait Dive Center for the second time to learn to dive and joined the American Dive Organization. I started studying for two consecutive years beside my work until I got to Master Scuba Diver.
This made me refine the study of swimming, and the technique of learning the right underwater breathing, and this encouraged me to take a course “swimming phobia”.
