It must be from eleven years up to sixty years old
Each training course is 12 hours, 6 lessons a week, and each lesson is two hours long. In addition, there are theoretical and practical lectures in which they are introduced to the fundamentals as the different swimming styles and how to overcome their intense fear of deep waters. This takes only the first two hours of the training course. The rest of the training course concentrates on developing the motor skills for swimming.
Freestyle Stroke, Breaststroke, Backstroke
The trainee is taught the different types of jumping styles from high to low, crawling on the stomach in the water, breath holding in case of drowning, and balancing breathing when water enters the trachea accidently.
